Danny Woolard was a close friend of both the Kray twins and also the Richardson Brothers of South London.
He was well known in the Criminal underworld and the world of unlicenced boxing.
The letter is in typed form and was given to Billy Boy Martindale by Danny.
Billy was the son on bare knukkle boxer Lew Wild Thing Yates, Billy was sadly murdered in Essex several years ago.
In the the letter Danny describes his friendship with both Lew Yates and Billy Martindale ( father and son )
The letter also mentions bare knukkle boxing legends such as Roy Prettyboy Shaw, Lenny McLean, Harry Starbuck, Mickey Glustead, Cliffe Fields Lew Yates.
The letter has been hand signed at the end by Danny Woolard and also Billy Boy Martindale.
