Simplicity 6696 sewing pattern. This 1974 vintage sewing pattern will make a boys' skeleton, devil and astronaut costumes in a size medium (Boys size 7-8).
Most of the pattern has been cut out already all the pieces are there.

The appliqué sheet, for the skeleton, is included. I do not know if it has been used or not.

The instructions are given in English.

There is a large water stain on the envelope, but it none on the pieces or instructions.

BOYS' SKELETON, DEVIL AND ASTRONAUT COSTUMES
TRANSFERS FOR SKELETON APPLIQUES INCLUDED
The one piece costume V. 1, 2 or 3 with high round neckline encased in purchased bias tape forming back ties has center back opening and long set-In sleeves. Skeleton costume V. 1 has contrasting mask and bone appliqués made of felt fabric only. Astronaut costume V. 2 with decorative front and side front zippers has grosgrain ribbon trim and purchased appliqués. Devil costume V. 3 with elastic casings at leg and sleeve edges has top-stitched pitchfork made of ribbon and self fabric tail. Unlined cape V. 3 with neck edge encased in purchased bias tape is fastened with button and thread loop. Hood V. 3 encased in purchased bias tape forming front ties has shaped stuffed self fabric ears.

SUGGESTED FABRICS:
Cotton broadcloth, canvas, chintz, cotton sateen, lawn, lining fabrics. Contrasting skeleton and mask View 1 In felt fabric only.

SEWING NOTIONS:
Thread. View 1: 6 strand embroidery cotton or floss. View 2: 14" decorative zipper, 6" decorative zipper, two appliqués, one 1/2" button.

The envelope is in poor condition with corner damage, a 1" rip in the bottom, a 1" rip on the flap, rips on both top corners and a large water stain on the top. There is a name written on the front. (see Pictures).
