Seller's Description

Here are some rare DEC (Digital Equipment Corp, Maynard, Mass) OEM Flip Chip Test Specs and Data Sheets from the mid 1960's. The DEC PDP8 was one of the first small computers (albeit the size of a modern fridge). It came with a Teletype machine and punch tape reader and wonder of wonders, 2K of core memory! The initial input of (IIRC) 14 hand loaded octal coded 12 bit instructions told the computer how to read the paper tape, and using a long roll of paper tape could then load the operating system. The Data sheets measure 8.5 x 11 and the Flip Chip papers are 5.5 x 8.5. These are original and not copies. This kind of ephemera is not seen too often.
