A white coffin used as a film prop - possibly used in the comedy/drama Cheeky (2003)
Hello, in terms of provenance I'm afraid that I have none. I am the Managing Director of the horror film distributor, Salvation Films, and around 2008 we acquired a number of props from a film museum that was having a clearout due to space issues. The props we acquired included this 'coffin', a lifesize 'Mummy' and a large wooden axe which I have also listed.
The coffin is approximately 7 foot long, is white, sealed and has a brass plague on it adorned with the name NANCY SANKEY.
I have absolutely no reason to believe that these aren't genuine and offer them in good faith.
Please note - the coffin is fairly heavy and depending on where you are based will cost between £200-300 to send. It is located in Devon, not London and I am happy it to be collected.
