Genuine Oakley RadarLock Path Red Hook Criterium Special Edition Vented VR28 lens.

The Red Hook Criterium Vented VR28 Path lens was a Special Edition lens, etched with the Red Hook Crit logo in the (when wearing) bottom left-hand corner, released by Oakley in connection with the Red Hook Criterium cycle race series (*).

These are the very last of those lenses. Although brand new and unboxed they are not, repeat not, unmarked: they are listed as Unused but are New with defects. Each lens has one or two extremely light cosmetic marks from storage, none of which are in the line of sight and none of which affect use in any way whatsoever.

No two lenses have identical marks; some marks are so light they are impossible to photograph and can only be seen when holding the lens at an acute angle to a light source. The last four photographs show four different lenses with examples of the type of marks which can be found on them.

Returns: The issue of marks on lenses can be subjective – what some find intrusive others do not – so in the event that the buyer is not happy with their purchase I would be willing to accept the return of the lens for a full refund.

(*) Red Hook Criterium cycle races first took place Brooklyn, New York, in 2008 and annual events were later added in three European cities – Milan (2010), Barcelona (2013) and London (2015) – until 2018, after which they were sadly cancelled due to lack of sponsorship.
