I believe that the watermark of this stamp is type 43 per Stanley Gibbons catalogue. If, on receipt of the stamp, the buyer has any doubts about the accuracy of the above description, please let me know so that a solution can be found between us.

The stamp has a small perf tear at the bottom.

General perforation conditions can be seen in the above image. Abbreviations used in my listings are:-

(a) UMM = unmounted mint = MNH mint never hinged 
(b) MM = mounted mint = hinged mint. MM may also be used for stamps that would be UMM except for a small amount of gum disturbance approximating to a light stamp hinge effect on the gum.
(c) LMM = lightly mounted mint
(d) VLMM = very lightly mounted mint
(e) MNG = mint but no gum
(f) used = used
