Original 1990s Re-Release British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1986 Claude Berri Drama MANON DES SOURCES, based on the novel by Marcel Pagnol and starring Yves Montand, Daniel Auteuil, Emmanuelle Béart and Hippolyte Girardot.
A beautiful but shy shepherdess plots vengeance on the men whose greedy conspiracy to acquire her father's land caused his death years earlier.
Poster art by Michel Jouin (1936 - 2018). A French illustrator and poster designer. He started as a designer in advertising and became artistic director in several agencies. In the 1960s, he started publishing and, in the 80s, devoted himself to movie posters.
The poster is in fine unfolded (rolled) condition.
