A nice red and white transferware bowl with a border of acorns and a central design of Michigan Avenue. Marked on the base 'Genuine hand engraving. Michigan Avenue Chicago. Historic America Johnson Bros England. Patent No 111255 Reg US pat off. Made in England. All decoration under the glaze. Permanent acid resisting color'. In good condition just some kiln stilt marks on the base. No chips or cracks.
