Green Sheldon Studio Pottery Milk Jug With Brown Brushwork Leaf Decoration

Very nice jug in a green speckled glaze with brown interior and brush work decoration. The mark on the base has been obscured by the glaze but I can just make out the top of the vase stamp that should have an 'S' in the centre. Made by John and David Bishop of the Sheldon Pottery, Cleveland, c.1973 onwards. In good condition no chips or cracks. Height 12.5cms, width 7.5cms, width at base 6cms.
