Original 1828 6 1/4 inch x 5 3/4 inch etching and engraving of COMMERCIAL ROOM, MANCHESTER
The Manchester Cotton Exchange in its heyday – reputed to hold the largest trading floor in the world at that time.
Engraved by Edward Finden (1791 - 1857). London line and stipple engraver. Brother of William, and worked together as engravers and publishers.
After William Westall (1781 - 1850). Landscape painter.
Published in London by Charles Tilt, 86 Fleet Street, London - October 1st 1828

The engraving, on thin paper, is in very good condition. Reverse side blank.
