this item is likely something you can get after patronizing this restaurant located in caesars palace in las vegas nv..............they appear to be a replica of a serving dish of sorts for that particular restaurant............there are 2 of these tied together with the id of spanish steps attached..........this set has varnish of some sort on them............they are in new pre owned condition..........a few light scattered white and other light marks on them from being tossed around............they are in overall really good condition......
