Sepia real photographic postcard showing a view of William F. Cody aka Buffalo Bill with his Wild West Show entourage, including a healthy compliment of Native American Indians, and other onlookers at the gate to Old Fort Garry at Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in late August 1910.
Published by The Pugh Manufacturing Co Ltd, Toronto, No TO 1000/2.
Postally used on 22 June 1912 with Winnipeg cancellation and Selkirk Centennial postmark on red two cent stamp and sent to Mr E Lendon, 77 Kensington Avenue, Watford, Hertfordshire, England.
Very good condition, with slight corner bumps, but small crease to bottom left corner and small stain to right centre top and a smaller stain to right centre bottom. The Cornovia Postcards watermark is solely used to protect the image should any potential purchaser wish to use it for publication or likewise and does not appear on the actual card itself.
