Bishop & Stonier Ltd Bisto Imari Pattern Jug

Stunning jug in a beautiful imari design with a ridged texture. Marked on the base 'Bisto England' for Bishop & Stonier Ltd, Hanley, Staffordshire Potteries, c. 1891 - 1936. It has one fine hairline on the rim, please see photo, which is hardly visable from the outside because of the elaborate pattern. It also has some crazing and light staining consistant with age. A lovely item for display. Height 13cms, width 5.25cms, width at base 6cms.
