Installation takes between 1 - 2 hours and once complete your stairlift is ready to use straight away. Packed with safety features: The electronic and mechanical braking system controls the stairlift during your journey up and down the stairs making it smooth and safe at all times. The stairlift also features a lap harness, safety limit sensors, pressure sensors, lockable key and many other safety features. Battery power: Like most modern day stairlifts, the Acorn stairlift comes with highly durable battery packs installed which are automatically recharged at the end of every trip.
