The Tighten Up Workout Exercise Video Vintage 1989 VHS Tape

Description
Item: A VHS copy of The Tighten Up Workout.
Manufacturer: Brentwood Home Video.
Condition: The VHS is in overall good condition. The box is in good shape without any major rips, tears, or creases. There is some minor wear along the edges from age and storage and the top corners have some puppy dog ear peeling. The tape is in very good condition overall. The only issue is the glue holding the label on has stained through the label through time. It is still fully intact and readable.

Other Information: This tape is from the Rotation & Motivation Series of workout videos. It has stereo sound. A neat vintage workout video to add to a collection!
