We will replace or refund faulty goods returned to us with appropriate proof of purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the fault has occurred after this 30 day period, but within 6 months, then we will be happy to offer a replacement. You must arrange the return delivery yourself and we cannot reimburse and return postage charges of any faulty items over 30 day policy.
