- Comments: Modern terrestrial television in the UK has gone through 4 stages: Black and White 405 line, Black and White 625 lines, Colour TV, and Digital. At each stage the previous stage was eventually phased out and a publicity campaign was run to educate the public on how to switch over to the new format. This booklet covers the digital switch over in Wales which was passed in for different regions, from 12th August 2009 to 31sy March 2010. It shows the locations of the main transmitters, gives advice on aerials, how to upgrade with a freeview box, ways of receiving TV if your reception is too poor for digital, how to set up your equipment, what TV channels you could receive, and where to get advice. All of this is repeated in the other half of the booklet in the medium of Welsh. Would be suitable for TV historians or those collecting examples of Welsh culture.
