WW1 Railway Postcard NER 4CC 730 Worsdell Compound Atlantic LNER C8 Loco

I offer an unusual home-made postcard dating from WW1: North Eastern Railway 4CC (LNER C8) Compound Atlantic No.730.

Publisher: Unknown. This card is part of a collection found in a loft which I believe was home-made during the early part of WW1. Obviously considerable care was taken in the production. The scan of the reverse of the card is not necessarily from this card but is typical of the collection.

Used: No.

Condition: Small corner bumps. A spot or two of foxing, otherwise good. This card has some rippling of the image.

All postcards are sent in a protective sleeve and a stiffened envelope.
