Would be useful for anyone who had visited Washington DC between Sep and Nov 1994, and maybe had taken some photos of some event or exhibit, but couldn’t remember the precise details of what it was. Also useful for historians or writers who want to study Washington DC in that year. Or perhaps it would be a nice souvenir for somebody born between Sep and Nov in DC in that year as a nice birthday present? Or perhaps even you took part in one of these events/exhibits and would like to remember?
