Hardback 1979 first edition, first print in an excellent unclipped dust jacket.
Published by Weidenfeld and Nicolson.
Excellent unclipped dust jacket with slight shelf wear to bottom of spine, tiny chip in top of spine and minor fraying, a little rubbing to top front corner and rear corner, light signs of rubbing to bottom front corner. Excellent for 40 years old.
Red cloth covered hardcovers are excellent too with gold gilt lettering to the spine, slight lean in the spine as is usual.
Clean crisp uncreased pages with very light edge tanning.
