Grandma used to sell for them, and if she was holding a party, she would use these order forms to write down and keep track of the orders.

I have a very limited amount of them. I couldn't say if the carbon would still work the same after the storage and age.

Collectible as a sort of nostalgia vintage item. They are no longer operating, so you can't sell for them anymore. But you can get the feel of what it was like when they were offering it when you still could have!
