This book was strongly advised and recommended by a friend the first time I went to Italy. She could not have been more correct! I've taken this book to Italy three times now. I loaned it out several times and have had good reviews from friends who borrowed the Menu Master. In fact, someone failed to return it to me (or I generously gave it away?) and I missed it very much when I recently went to Venice and Florence. Italian menus can be pretty challenging. This book is a nice prep for your trip and it is VERY helpful. It's accurate. This is what your menu will look like in Italy. All or part of this book shows up in every restaurant! Italian food is quite regional, and I've found this useful in several regions.
