Description

Power steering pump pipe seal washers - Cu COPPER.

This is real Cu Copper washer, not mixture which "looks like copper".

Power steering pipe which is delivering fluid in to pump has two copper washers bolted in to pump.

While doing this "simple" task of replacing power steering pump I have experienced serious problem with fluid pipe which is connected to the pump motor: I tightened it really hard but after few seconds noticed wet area around top washer, it wasn't seriously leaking, but definitely became wet. I was worried to overtight and damage bolt thread so left this "simple" task until sourced these washers. Removed old copper washers, used these washers and not experienced any fluid leaks, sorted. I'm not saying that you really need new washers while replacing steering pump, it could just make job easier.

1 item purchased = 2 washers (2 washers are required for power steering pipe which is bolted in to motor pump.
