Postcard - Paignton Sea Front Postmark on Banqueting Hall XIV Century sketch

A used postcard showing a sketch of the Banqueting Hall XIV Century postmarked " South Devon 15 Aug 1973  2 " with

the slogan " DICK SAUNDERS  TORBAY CRUSADE  PAIGNTON SEA FRONT Aug 18 to Sept 2 "

Stamp is 2 1/2p Machin of the period.

The card was wrongly addressed to " Marton " and was redirected to " BRAUNSTON RUGBY "  " A 20 AU 73 " cancelled twice on

the reverse (message) side and  a good reminder slogan postmark " REMEMBER to use the POST CODE! "  " RUGBY 26 Aug 1973 "

" WARWICKSHIRE  B " on the front picture side.


Condition is probably above average for having been through the post and handled  for 11 days.    Good corners.

An interesting novelty item for collectors of religion related postcards/items.
