Undelivered item

If your item undelivered, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and you may be entitled to claim refund incl. P&P
Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed.
We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the seller if there are any delivery problems.
International buyers will wait 25 working days
A full refund will given after received compensation from Royal Mail or other Courier.

Returns

legwearworld will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customer if the product is delivered with one of these two conditions:

1. Wrong product - if you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 7 business days.
After return wrong product we will ship to you correct product or issue you a full refund (incl. shipping charges)

2. Defective product - if you received a defective product, please notify us within 7 business days to return the product.
After we have examined and confirmed the defective product and will ship out a replacement to you right away.
