Additional descriptive notes (if applicable): this postage stamp is in mint (unused) condition, but is without gum. It is considered to be a 'space filler' and has been priced accordingly.
The postage stamp depicts Juozas Tūbelis (1878 - 1939), the Prime Minister of Lithuania (23rd September 1929 to 24th March 1938).
