Lemongrass:  Promoting relaxed focus, poise and clarity both mentally and emotionally, Lemongrass can be beneficial in cases of confusion and lack of perspective and can help to produce steady, collected mental creativity. Peppermint:  Considered to be one of the more indispensable essential oils, its benefits are varied and extensive. Peppermint can be used to counteract mental fatigue, sluggishness, lethargy and apathy. It awakens, stimulates and intensifies in conditions of lethargy and indecision, aiding regeneration, refreshment, concentration and vitality.
