Monochrome real photographic postcard showing a view of the Market Square at St Just, in Penwith, Cornwall.
Published by Valentine & Sons Ltd, Dundee & London, No L 1321, photo registered in 1955.
Postally used on 2 April 1962 with double circle St Just cancellation on red 2½d stamp and sent by Jerome Taylor to the cult icon Gus Honeybun, Westward ITV, Derrys Cross, Plymouth, Devon. Whether or not Jerome got his bunny hops is not known.
Good condition, with minimal corner bumps, but light crease to bottom right corner and a somewhat eccentic cut, so it's possible that the card has been cropped slightly.
