VIOLET - ornate sugar and creamer – LEFTON - 42
This is a VIOLET ornate SUGAR and CREAMER SET made by LEFTON China. Both the sugar and creamer are kind of an offset square shape and have lovely violets with green leaves accented with sponge gold. The sugar bowl is approximately 3 ½” tall (top of finial) and 5 ¼” across at handles and the creamer is about 4” tall at the top of handle and 4 ¼” across from handle to spout.
Both have famous blue and gold Lefton crown used 1952-1954 and MADE IN JAPAN on the bottom.
These appear to be in excellent condition as I find no chips, cracks, crazing or gold loss.
