Lefton Blemished Violet Chintz teabag tea bag drainer holder 565 hard to find

BLEMISHED - VIOLET CHINTZ - teabag drainer – LEFTON

This is a BLEMISHED Very Hard to Find two piece TEABAG DRAINER in the famous VIOLET CHINTZ pattern. This tea bag drainer is sometimes called a teabag holder and was made by LEFTON China. It is decorated with gold trim on the scalloped rim of the drainer top and tiny violets and green leaves on both pieces. This is approximately 1 ¼" tall and 6 ¾" across to end of handle.

 The number 565 is on the bottom.

 This appears to be in fair condition as I find no crazing or gold loss but there is a crack in the drainer top as can be easily seen on the under side of it but because it is so faint on the top side I could not get it to show in there. Though this blemished it will display very nicely and it is a very hard to find item.
