The King KI-225 ADF Indicator is used as part of a KR-85 ADF System.

The KR-85 ADF Receiver offers Bendix King quality at an affordable price. This is the "KX-170B of the ADF market".

The King KR-85 is designed to work with the following equipment as part of a system:
   * King KI-225 ADF Indicator
   * King KA-42B ADF Loop / Sense Antenna
