Additional descriptive notes (if applicable): the full text on the back of the postcard reads: Queen Elizabeth II Tower at the Palace of Westminster (renamed Diamond Jubilee Year 2012). The clock became operational on 31st May 1859, and is the most famous of clocks in the World. The light at the top of the tower is 'ON' when Parliament is in session. BIG BEN is the name given to the 'GREAT BELL'.
General notes: in addition to postage my shipping charges include a handling and packing charge. My basic charges for this item are shown on the sales page. However, postage, processing and packing charges for multiple purchases will be combined and will be based upon the actual cost of despatching a package containing all the items bought.
Purchasers who buy more than one item should ensure that they request an invoice, so that they benefit from the consolidated charge for postage and packing.
