Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) :  Very Good ++-:    no pin-holes; good corners and edges with light wear and small closed rips to right border; uniform age toning; overall, very good. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
