Published by R. Williams, Fancy Goods Depot, Penzance, Williams Series, not numbered, c.1910s.
Postally used with late usage on 7 April 1955 with Putney cancellation on green 1½d and orange ½d stamps and sent to Peacehaven, Sussex.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps and very light album marks.
