Replacement port for Garmin Nuvi 215.

Please note: this is aftermarket replacement socket, but very high quality and will fit perfectly but high skills required, as in this specific device exist metal shield around socket which has to be removed or cutted around port, then port can be de-soldered, (I recommend hot air station) now, when You attempt to fit new socket, You will notice small SMD resistor on one side, that's why my sockets have cutted one mounting point - to fit into place. Now just make proper position and solder one mounting point, charging/data pins, and solder all around metal shield to PCB as secure fitting. For me it's simple task but for many can be big challenge, that's why this instruction. I use these ports myself and that's very high quality port, and very important is: will fit to Nuvi 215 PCB and plastic case/plastic charging hole without any different modification than described here - TESTED.
