G.S. Vinogradovs Country of Children. Selected works on the ethnography of childhood. In Russian /Vinogradov G.S. Strana detey. Izbrannye trudy po etnografii detstva. In the 1920s, Georgy Semyonovich Vinogradov, together with M.K. Azadovsky, created the largest scientific center of ethnography, folklore, and local lore at Irkutsk University. He published numerous books and articles about childrens verbal creativity, childrens games, and childrens calendars. He was engaged in introducing folklore and ethnographic knowledge into schools.
