Insert original came in the record THE LEGENDARY PERFORMACE VOLUME 4 Insert measures 12" X 12" Insert is in Poor condition with heavy wear especailly on the corners. There are wrinkles/creases on the frront and back of the insert. There are several pin holes. Pin holes affect the front and back of the insert. 4 bent corners
