Orders over £35 should be sent by Signed For with tracking (£1.40 fee for UK, £5.00 fee for International which also gives insurance up to  £50. Option to increase insurance to £250 for International costs an extra £2.50.

I use professional cardboard mailers to post your items. Near Mint & Mint records are mainly visually graded. Where necessary records are playtested and noted on the listing. Each record is checked under a lamp as it's shipped, and if necessary replaced. 

I will always obtain a "certificate of posting" as proof of posting which gives up to £20 free cover in the event of loss or damage. 

Returns Policy: 
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you have the option of returning them for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be in the same condition as received, including items which are sealed. 
Shipping costs are only refunded if I'm at fault. You can opt for a replacement but because of the additional shipping cost, I don't refund the return shipping cost.
Items that have been lost or damaged, and accepted by Royal Mail as such, following the appropriate claim for compensation include the original cost of shipping. I will help by completing the relevant claim form.
