3. Please note that we issue no refunds or returns on our vintage items. All sales are final without exception. You are most welcome to ask for more information or more pictures – we respond within a day.

3.  Our shipping rates are estimates for shipping items in the most economical fashion via Canada Post. If you require expedited or express delivery, or full insurance coverage, please let us know so we could get you a quote.

4.  Although we ship Worldwide, we reserve the right to decline certain countries due to their high-risk status.  We ask that you write to us for a quote for regular untracked delivery or tracked delivery before you make a purchase.

5.  Our descriptions reflect our personal and honest estimate and idea of the items we list: we do our research but are not experts in every area. If you need to clarify information we provide, we will respond within a day. Items are sold as is.

6. If, in exceptional cases, we agree to take back an item, you, the buyer, must follow our instructions as how to return the item to us, and pay the full cost of return shipping. If, under those circumstances, we consider a partial or full refund,  that will exclude the price we paid to ship the item to you.

7.  We are not responsible for any duty or customs fees or any other fees levied by your authorities in your country. We mark each package with the true description of content and the value of the item.  We cannot mark a purchase as Gift – it is against the law everywhere.     11.  EXCEPTIONS: If there is a significant issue with your item purchased and if you feel it is due to an oversight on our part, please contact us to discuss this on a case by case basis. Only in very exceptional cases will we agree to accept return or issue refund, but do make sure you read the guidelines below if this is the case.

    If after contacting us we agree to a return, please note:
    1. A credit will be issued for the value of the item but NOT the shipping charges.
