I cannot feel any of the scratches or scuffs. cover is Poor condition with heavy wear especially on the corners and heavy ringwear There are several wrinkles/creases on front and back of the cover. 4 bent corners. There are many wear places on the front, back, top bottom, on the spine and record pocket of the cover.
