Seller's Reference: BX/PC/001.
Additional descriptive notes (if applicable): the full text on the reverse of the postcard reads 'Canary Wharf Station. The award-winning extension to the Jubilee line almost doubled the number of escalators on the Underground to approximately 400. Norman Foster's elegant Canary Wharf Station, opened in September 1999, has twenty.' The postcard was issued to commemorate the 54th International Congress of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP: L’Union internationale des transports publics) , which was held in London from 20th to 25th May 2001.
General notes: in addition to postage my shipping charges include a handling and packing charge. My basic charges for this item are shown on the sales page. However, postage, processing and packing charges for multiple purchases will be combined and will be based upon the actual cost of despatching a package containing all the items bought.
Purchasers who buy more than one item should ensure that they request an invoice, so that they benefit from the consolidated charge for postage and packing.
