Norman Foster's elegant Canary Wharf Station, opened in September 1999, has twenty.' The postcard was issued to commemorate the 54th International Congress of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP: L’Union internationale des transports publics) , which was held in London from 20th to 25th May 2001.
