Säljarens beskrivning
Brand new BSA sump plate gauze filter to fit A7 and A10. Stainless steel. This is a suitable replacement for BSA part number 71-1126. This filter can be used to replace the original welded in filter.
The gauze filter will fit the A65/B25 that has an original pressed steel scavenger plate (sump plate). But it will not fit the A65/B25 where an aftermarket (CNC, billet, finned alloy) sump plate is fitted without altering the sump plate. In order to accomodate the raised rim/lip of the gauze filter, the inside rim of the sump plate will require machining out a few millimeters. This could be done with a file potentially, or dremel maybe. Please do not attempt to fit the gauze filter without machining out the rim of the sump plate on the A65/B25, because the gauze will break out from its surround.
We also stock three sizes of studs with reduced hexagon nuts and washers to assist with the installation of sump plates.

Please note it is not uncommon for the scavenge rerun pipe in engine to get moved slightly over the years,(engine moved /sitting on bench etc)
So it may need slight tweek to align with hole in gauze filter.
