This item:    A rare original release UK Front of House / Lobby cards for this eerie horror movie with a great title and an outstanding Peter Lorre performance. Drenched in moody atmosphere and still holds up well now; based on the W. F. Harvey story and with a screenplay by legendary Curt Siodmak. This card from its original release has been used by Exclusive Films (aka Hammer Films distribution arm) for a later re-release, but is in fact a first release card with the Warner Bros logo neatly blacked out and an Exclusive sticker added.  Rare / Very Scarce

Size:             8.00 x 10.00 inches approx. 

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good  -:  no corner pin-holes;  good corners and edges with some edge wear; blacked out Warner Brothers references; Exclusive sticker added; overall, a good card - printed on thin early post war paper and uniformly age toned. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
