Natalia Parin (Natalia Chelpanova) is an artist from the Russian Diaspora. She studied under P. Konchalovsky, and her works in the childrens book echo what Vladimir Lebedev was doing in the USSR at the time. The first edition of this famous work of the artist was published in 1932, not only in French, but also in Russian.
