Australia - Adelaide, 5th April 1987.
Spain - Tenerife, 6th June 1987.
Brazil - Rio De Janeiro, 16th August 1987.
Mauritius, 10th November 1987.
South Africa - Capetown, 27th November 1987.
Australia - Sydney, 26th January 1988.
