Great *RARE* antique religious small hardback book edited by Charles John Ellicott. Volume 1 of Ellicott's New Testament Commentary covering the gospel of St Matthew. No publication date but looks to be circa 1890s or 1900s. Photo 14 shows light foxing on a couple of initial blank pages. Binding and other pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is around 123 years old.

Measures 17.5cm tall x 11.5cm wide.
