| DESCRIPTION | High quality antique English solid sterling silver coffee pot faithfully reproducing 1730s style. Every one hundred years or so depending upon use it is essential to adjust/replace the lid hinge pin and handle securing pins. Loose/worn pins will lead to serious, and eventually terminal, damage. This pot has just had its one hundred year maintenance with a new hinge pin fitted and the handle socket pins secured. To complete the work there has been a full professional clean and polish inside and out so this pot is now good for another one hundred years and safe for food use too. |
