32 Piece Metric Finishing Tap and Die Set

This set of metric taps and dies comes with their accessories, all housed in a steal case. Each size comes with 3 different finishing types of taps. A taper tap for starting the thread, an intermediate tap and a bottoming tap or plug tap for blind holes.

Please Note:

In metal working, the use of a tapping lubricant is essential to achieve cleanly formed threads and to minimize friction. Failure to use the correct lubricant may result in ragged threads, as well as a substantial increase in the amount of torque required to turn the tap, possibly resulting in breakage.
