The drug is used to reduce the viscosity of mucous and / or purulent secretion of the mucous membrane of the airways and to facilitate coughing in: acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchitis and bronchial asthma with increased mucus excretion of acute and chronic upper airway inflammation, e.g. rhinitis, sinusitis, laryngitis and pharyngitis.
It is also used to prevent the worsening of bronchial disease, especially in: affecting the respiratory system accompanied by emphysema (excessive air content in the lungs) and increased secretion of chronic bronchitis emphysema of the lungs (excessive air content in the lungs).
It can also be used to prevent complications after surgery, such as pneumonia or airtightness of part of the lungs.
Method of administration Posology and dosage regimens Adults, elderly patients and children weighing more than 30 kg (over 12 years of age): 1 sachet 2-3 times daily
Patients with severe hepatic impairment should take half the dose.
The therapeutic effect manifests itself after 3 days of treatment; the average duration of treatment to achieve full effect is 7 days.
In chronic diseases, the drug can be used for a long time under the supervision of a doctor.
How to use The contents of the sachet are dissolved in a glass of water and drunk.
It can be taken with or without food.
