We ship Canada post at the lowest possible prices. We will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment, minus on weekends of course. Currently we have no tracking on our shipments because it would cost too much to ship, so please take that into consideration, prior to bidding. International buyers (USA included!) Please note that delivery may take up to 4 weeks, I can not control the time a package takes, once its shipped it s out of my hands. I will not refund any international order that was shipped less than 28 days ago, as it can take that long from Canada, so dont buy if you expect it sooner. Duty fees, customs fees or Import fees, are not included in shipping charge. We also pack every item with care in a bubble mailer, and a fragile sticker so it arrives to you safe!
We do not offer refunds or returns on any item. If a refund is ever given it will only be for the cost of the item, Shipping and Handling is non refundable.
PRINT3D is a pair of hardworking guys (Jason & Chad), from Kelowna, BC. Canada. EH? We are two passionate entrepreneurs that have struggled and dug deep to build our little business. We are both perfectionists who always demand a top notch products and designs for you our customers. We truly believe that a quality product trumps a super low prices. Don't get me wrong, we try to offer competitive prices, but we don't "cut corners" and make an inferior products to make a few extra dollars. We would rather make the product more durable or a better design, than shave a few bucks off.
We always try to make the best designs and only send the best PRINT3D quality products. If they don't meet our high standards we will remedy the problem and reprint until the product comes out right.
Some of our competitors out there just pump out quantity with poor prints or lower end plastics, on low end (100 + micron) machines. Our printer was handpicked by us because of the quality prints it can achieve (as low as 20 microns). We strive to please the customer, so if something isn't to your liking please contact us!
